We are seeking an amazing candidate who can land new business AND build a sales team. The ideal candidate must be able to jump in to take initiatives in every part of the prospecting and sales lifecycle from hunting to closing, managing proof of concept engagements, and post sale activities. Must possess superb skills in communication, active listening, and building strong rapport with the prospects. Daily tasks may require the need to “wear multiple hats” by development of presentation collateral to suit the prospect, recommending and formulating precise value propositions, and discovering and recommending new sales tactics and methods, approach, and sales tools.
We value personality, drive, and passion over the number of years of sales experience. Self motivation and proactive approach to sales, combined with excellent communication and written skills is on top of our list.
Knowledge and solid sales experience of P&C Insurance Industry in Claims and Underwriting within Auto / Home / Commercial is a huge plus. History of working in an early stage software company is an additional bonus.
• Driving every phase of the sales process from prospecting to closing
• Working with the leadership team to formulate sales, marketing, and prospecting plans
• Identifying and pursuing fast moving sales opportunities
• Managing customer relationships pre-sale and post-sale
• Recognizing scalable revenue driving opportunities through partnerships
• Working with the tech team to manage customer’s expectations and ensure successful customer implementation and delivery.
