With this add-on, Livegenic platform’s workflows, tools, and features are accessible directly from Guidewire ClaimCenter via the new Livegenic Services screen.
By accessing the Livegenic Services screen, adjusters can remotely collaborate with customers, claimants, body shops, and inspectors in any environment – online or offline. After a remote collaboration session, all photos, videos, audio files, and other content is immediately available for review in the embedded Livegenic Web Portal.
