Alexa Burtnyk has more than 11 years’ experience in management and client services, and comes from a background at a leading global telecommunications company. She oversees communication between Livegnic and our customers, and is the primary liaison for the Livegenic development team.
As Director of Client Services, Alexa is responsible for facilitating collaborative work between the different groups and departments at Livegenic in order to help improve client services programs. She also works directly with clients to help them better understand our products and services, in addition to providing direct support when needed.
Throughout her career Alexa has received numerous MVP Awards and the President’s Club Award in recognition for outstanding achievements in Product Management, Leadership, Sales, and Customer Service.
