Tech Impact Expanding Remote Technical Support Capabilities with Real-time Visual Communications
A longstanding leader in empowering communities and nonprofits to use technology to achieve their mission, Tech Impact today announced a partnership with Livegenic to expand the technical capabilities to provide nonprofit organizations remote technical assistance with real-time visual communications.
Fielding Livegenic mobile real-time visual communication technology to enhance remote support operations for unconnected devices and complex tangible equipment issues, Tech Impact is aiming to enhance its service capability to support nonprofits they serve nationally. Tech Impact is also evaluating the opportunity to deliver Livegenic technology to the participants of the IT Works program, a free, immersive IT training program for vulnerable young adults aimed at helping them achieve professional certifications in IT and acquire careers within leading corporations and nonprofits.
