How to Reassign a Claim

Click through gallery below to see how to reassign a claim after it's been created.

Step 1:
From the Web Portal, open the claim file that you want to reassign.
Step 2:
In the ‘Assigned to’ field, click the name of the inspector currently assigned to the claim, then click the ‘X’ button to remove the existing assignee.
Step 3:
Type in the name of the new inspector and select their name from the menu.
Step 4:
Click the 'Assign' button to finish the reassignment.
Step 5:
A green popup message will confirm that the reassignment was successful.
