From the Web Portal, open the claim file that you want to reassign.
In the ‘Assigned to’ field, click the name of the inspector currently assigned to the claim, then click the ‘X’ button to remove the existing assignee.
Type in the name of the new inspector and select their name from the menu.
Click the 'Assign' button to finish the reassignment.
A green popup message will confirm that the reassignment was successful.
